COMPANION PET CONTRACT

1.___This puppy/adult, male/female is sold for the sum of $________

Limited rights /NO BREEDING RIGHTS AT ALL is  a companion Puppy/Adult. Puppy at time of sale is considered to be in good health at time of sale and has vet check and shots appropriate to age of puppy at time of sale. It  also shows the characteristics  of its breed. This deposit is non refundable under any circumstances at all , except upon death of puppy at breeders hands  before transfer of said puppy. If buyer changes mind and just decides they do not want puppy after deposit and full payment again there is no cash refunds AT ALL!!!!!!!!

2.___ Shipping is an EXTRA COST AT OWNERS EXPENSE. $350.00 covers the cost of crate , dishes, Office visit to vet for heath certificates and acclimation certificate. Transportation to airport. Bedding .Payments made in cash, postal money order, Pay Pal  which you add 4% total , IF YOU DO NOT AD THIS IT WILL NOT BE CONSIDER FULL DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT .. i GET CHARGED THIS BY PAYPAL AND DOES NTO GO INTO MY POCKET IT GOES IN THERES JUST AS IF YOU PAID A MONEY ORDER OR WENT TO WALMART OR WESTERN UNION IT IS A SERVICE FEE.

3.___ This puppy/adult will be spayed or neutered by the age of 6 months , not before as they are nto old enough and can cause harm. Or if this is an adult as soon as you recieve dog in timely fashion within one week. There will be a $5000 penalty if this is not done. This means even if it was an "ACCIDENTAL BREEDING", PERIOD SAID DOG WILL HAVE THE PREGNANCY TERMINATED IF THIS HAPPENS. This is AN absolute unless specifically written in this contract and agreed to by breeder that this animal may be used for breeding.

If this is not done AND PREGNANCY HAPPENS , buyer will be LIABLE FOR THE 5000 PENALTY  of said anmal and all court costs and attorneys fees will be paid by buyer. Proceedings to take place in  court in county of breeder. THIS ENTIRE CONTRACT IS LEGAL AND BINDING AND BY INITIALING AND SIGNING THIS YOU ARE AWARE OF THIS FACT!!!

4.___Deposit of $300 Or half the cost of puppy/adult is due with this contract and is ABSOLUTELY NON- REFUNDABLE  IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO SAID ANIMAL WHILE IN BREEDERS CARE. A REPLACEMENT ANIMAL WILL BE OFFERED IN EXCHANGE. Payment accepted at this time will be in cash  , money order , or using paypal but adding 4% for handling charges not charged by breeder but charged by paypal. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ANY TIME FOR PURCHASE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

 DEPOSIT GETS FIRST CHOICE OF PUPPY PICK AT 7 WEEKS OTHER THAN THE CHOICE OF BREEDERS PICK IF THEY TAKE A PUPPY FROM LITTER. So first deposit ON PUPPY  gets first choice.

5.___ Puppy will be paid off completely by 7 WEEKS OF AGE , NO LATER UNLESS DISCUSSED WITH BREEDER. If this does not happen THIS IS A BREECH OF CONTRACT and therefore you would be in default and puppy could be sold to next buyer and forfeit the entire sale , AND ALL MONIES RAID  ON PUPPY.THIS IS A LIVE ANIMAL AND CAN'T JUST BE PUT BACK ON THE SHELF LIKE A BOX OF CEREAL , THEY HAVE TO HAVE THEIR SHOTS WORMINGS FEEDING READVERTISED , SO BE SURE THIS IS SOMETHING YOU CAN AND DO WANT FOR LIFE.

6.___ This contract shall NOT BE ASSIGNED OR TRANSFERRED TO ANYONE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AT ALL. THIS MEANS YOU ARE BUYING DOG FOR YOURSELF AND NOT SOME ONE ELSE IF YOU ARE BUYING TOGETHER OR FOR SOMEONE ELSE THEIR NAME SHALL APPEAR ON CONTRACT AND SIGNED ALSO !!!!!!!!!!!!This IS so no puppy will be sold or given to someone who breeder does not want it to be with. If this does happen dog will be returned to breeder and incur all costs to get said dog back. Also if it is thought this may be the case breeder has right to have their name as co-owner of dog on any registration given.This is only so breeder's name appears on registration papers and has to be signed by them .This should keep all unscrupulous people from trying to buy a dog for breeding and not saying so .

The buyer agrees that neither he/she , nor buyer's estate /executors may sell this puppy or transfer said animal without express written consent of breeder and getting written permissionfrom breeder.

The buyer agrees that if at any time he/she cannot or does not take proper care of said animal , OR JUST DOES NOT WANT IT ANY LONGER THE OWNER MUST CONTACT THE BREEDERand breeder will either take animal back or will help find a new home for said animal. Seller is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred.

READ AND UNDERSTNAD THIS NO ONE ELSE GETS FIRST CHANCE AT ANIMAL IF YOU DECIDE YOU DO NOT WANT THE ANIMAL ANY MORE. SELLER WILL TAKE BACK ANIMAL AND IF LOCAL WILL HELP FIND SUITABLE NEW OWNER IF NEEDED.

7.___ This  dog /puppy is in good heatlh at time of sale and been checked by veteranarian. You have 72 hours to have dog checked by your vet. If your vet finds any life threatening genetic desease, replacement will be given when a suitable pupy will be available next . To recive this proof from vet and reason for this must be written by your vet , and also has to talk with breeders vet to confirm this desease. Your puppy will have a 1 year health guarantee for dog to be replaced. This dsease will have to be proven and second opinion by breeders vet to concure. if this is the case then puppy will be returned to breeder within 72 hours at buyers expense.

You will need to  present proof and documentation of problem from your vet. If the second opion of our vet does not prove desease dog will not be replaced . If on the other hand it is proven the dog needs to be replaced  or refunded it will be given a refund within 72 hours of buyer delivering dog back to breeder at owners expense.

8.___There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, i.e.;Allergies, Thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimune disorders that are NOT covered by this guarantee.

I cannot guarantee the known orthopedic problems such as legg-calve perthes disease (LCP) a degenerative hip disease, Slipping stifles(knees) , and atellar luxation(dislocation of kneecap);epilepsy, and early tooth loss. I will inform buyer if parents have had any problems at all.

9.___ The breeder guarantees a healthy companion/pet, but does not guaratee adult size, color, temperment.

10.___This is not a FULL TIME OUTSIDE DOG BREED AT ALL, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THIS TYPE OF DOG THIS IS NOT THE BREED FOR YOU. This is a lap dog and wants your attention and if you cannot give this to a dog this is not the breed for you.

Dogs are not to be tied out on a chain or tie out you need a fenced yard or electirc fencing , or lots of walks and exercise if you live in a condo or apartment. If this does not occur this WILL END UP WITH A DOG WITH PROBLEMS !!!!

11.___ Puppy should have a safe place to go when it feels threatened or just wants to take a nap, and not to be bothered when there . This is their safe place or house .So a crate with bedding or his own bed with his toys and blankets are good. While training puppy a playoen is a good idea as you can put puppy oads or papers down for training and it can then go into its house to slepp and not get it messed up. This way it learns boundaries and where its space is. If you chose not to go with the dog food it is used to make the change gradually as to not upset his stomach. Mix his food with the new food to begin with. It will help keep the pup from getting diarrhea.

Also vegatbles , fruits table scraps are good for the dog and will stop the growth of mucous in their intestines that cause diarrhea  and also give a nice shiny coat.

12.___ IF YOU HAVE KIDS... thst is fine but they also need to be aware of how to handle puppies so they do not get hurt. They are not dolls to be thrown aroujnd and to have good puppy behavior with children you need to teah both pups and children. Let them get used to each other before they go off running wild.

While here they are used to big dogs other pups and other dogs and also children, they have grown up with all this and so are well aquainted with the above. They do need to have some caution with them when playing to preven injury to either dog or children.

You should puppy proof your home just like you would for a small child or new born baby. Remind  children to play with puppies on the florr so they do not fall ove high places like the couch or bed till they are older. You do not want to fatally injure your new puppy , it would be heart breaking for you and the children.

They have delicate little bones just like babies do  so treat the pup the same way as a baby as they depend on you for everything. They are not indestructable. And it coudl be very expensive if soemthing happens to them .HANDLE WITH CARE !!!

THE BREEDER DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURIES AFTER PUPPY IS OUT OF THEIR CARE .

SELLER WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BILLS TREATMENT, MEDICATIONS OR SHIPPING COSTS IF PUPPY IS RETURNED.

13.___All appropriate  shots , wormings for puppies age havebeen given and a record of his/her vaccination history will be provided.

14.___The buyer agrees  to maintain and continue the appropriate shots and wormings and heartworm prevention and any other needed medical attention to be in excellent health and contract to be in effect.

15.___The breeder has done everything possible to produce healthy , sound and happy puppies by raising the puppies in the best possible way regarding genetics, diet , exercise, socialization and vet care , and most of all be handled daily so you do not have timid pupies but friendly well adjusted pups.

16.___The buyer agrees to notify the breeder of any change in address or phone number so contact can be kept up . Pictures of the pups growing up would greatly appreciated. Also an up to date email address is required.

17.___THIS PUPPY BEING SOLD AS A COMPANION AND IF FOUND TO BE IN A PUPPY MILL THE $5000 IS DUE UPON DEMAND AND THE RETURN OF DOG IMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ALL COST TO RETRIEVE SAID DOG IS RESPONSIBILTY  OF BUYER.

18.___The breeder makes nor implies any warranties pr guarantees , expresses or implied other than those written in this agreement including without limitations, the warrantees of the merchantability and fairness. This  document constitutes the entire agreement between the breeder and buyer with respect to this sale .

BREEDERS CHOICE OF DOG FOOD:

When you buy dog food please DO NOT USE ANY FOOD THAT HAS CORN AS IT'S FIRST INGREDIENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF you like the way your dog came to you use only a good dog food  in the long run you use less as corn is only a filler with no nutrients. The breeder recomends any of the below in order of appearance.

BILL JAC , NUTRO ,EUKANUBA, IAMS,CANADAI, WELLNESS , DON'T USE   SCIENCE DIET ... VETS RECOMEND IT AS IT IS PUSHED WHEN THEY ARE IN VET SCHOOL ... BUT IS NOT A VERY GOOD FOOD. ...It is your dog who will suffer IF YOU ONLY FEED  LOW GRADE DOG FOOD.

ALSO VEGATABLES ARE GOOD FOR YOUR DOG AS WELL FRUITS, BIG KNUCKLE BONES ARE GOOD FOR THEM AND THEY LOVE TO CHEW SO IT IS BETTER THAN YOUR FURNITURE....ALSO NO RAWHIDE AT ALL TO CHEW.

WHEN GETTING SHOTS MAKE SURE THEY VET DOES NOT GIVE LEPTO IN A SHOT.
