This is going to be the puppy update page for the litters that are available at this time ...this update is for the pups born in June 2009. It is about the end of July now.

Well they have certainly grown and getting bigger and chunkier ever day ... nice and cobby and squared up like a little Rotties should be. The fawns look absolutley awesome.. there is one little girl who is small and has so much sabling , she is so cute and sweet .

They have been wormed a couple of times now and had their first shot the other day and everyone was fine with it . They had moved from their individual pens to one big puppy play area. There is a huge crate they go into at night with their crate liners to cuddle up to and then a huge puppy playpen. They were doing great just going potty on the paper , but this week they have had the run of going outside to play and love it .

They head right for the grass to go potty and don't like it when they have to go in at night or if we are not here. They have plenty of toys to play with too and great big dog bones they discovered  and love. They also discovered the pool to play in and a couple have gone in it also , at least the bigger ones have , some would rather hide out under it. They also think they are little gophers digging holes everywhere.

Now it is hard to move around as they are right under your feet wanting to play with you and bite your feet and ankles. . There is a rope there to play tug of war on, and there is the deck where they can jump up and down now also .

The moms are more than ready for them to be on their own and one in particular wants no more babies trying to get a drink. They get canned food in the morning and then there is dry all day long so they can eat when they want to . They are sitting in the dishes more than eating out of them , there are a couple of cute pics of them sleeping in the dish.

There are lots and lots of pics to look at and hope you like the looks of the pups at play and their favorite eating. There are a lot of individual pics as well as them together so you can see them better . The fawns is just to hard to tell them all apart but they do have the ones with the sabling on them it is a little easier .

Proud Papa looking after the kids.

They love to steal my shoes

This guy went to Jamestown. And we have one going to Japan also.

Silverado

Snowflake , Calico Jack and Moo Moo

Morgan

This pic is of them on their first outing outside so any you see in the pics with white fence is at about 4 weeks old. Cleo our little premie is there also and you can see she is half the size  of everyone else. Sorry to say at about 7 weeks we did lose her even after all our efforts to keep her alive. She got spoiled and stayed in the house with us when they were out playing as she was way to small to play with them .

Here you can see the pups playing with Navarre the brindle minpin. and you can also see how they have so much nice bone.and nice and cobby.

Cuddles, Harley, and Bam Bam

Here is a closer pic of Cleo and you can see better how tiny she really is here.

This is the tinest girl and she is a very dark fawn sable.

Midget doesn't mind feed the 500...LOL . Also in the pic is Calico Jack the one that looks fawn with spots . He is actually a red stag merle. He as well as Moo Moo are for sale right now as i have decided to only keep one merle and that is Harley.he is super sweet and laid back never attackign you for attention like some of the others.

This is MOO MOo and Bandit.....Bandit is a clear red with tan points.and Moo Moo is a super dark Chocolate spots, I was going to keep him but he is up for sale and has been really reduced so he can find his forever home soon. He is such a love bug he is the first to jump all over you . and the first to want to come back inside and get picked.

Everybody Eating and Harley is the siver merle who is going to be staying ..

Bandit

This is snowflake and Bam Bam who looks liek he is telling someone off. Snowflake started out looking liek a lilac creme andnow has become creme with a red tinge to her coat.

This is one of the silver pups

Hope you enjoyed all the pics there were ltos of them so you can see them at different times.and gives you good look at them .

Well more to update .....the pups as you can see are just growing like weeds  and when they had their shots this week weighed from 3.9 pounds up to 5.9 pounds...they are just real chubby. And they still think they are gophers... you should see the hoes in the yard now ....also have decide now plants can stand in the back yard .

They found a way into the vegtable garden and loved eating the cukes and then found the tomatoes and decided they wanted them also .. so had to find another way to barracade the fence that was already around the garden , otherwise they would have taken all the tomatoes.

Sorry to say we also lost poor little Cleo this week also .. she just was not growing and just wasn't able to pull through and regain any strength and it was so sad as she was almost 7 weeks old and smaller than a new born ...So it was a blessing this way she would not have any problems when she got older . At one point we thought she was gaining but then she back slid....she didn't want to eat anything at the end .... Her mom knew also and didn't want to leave her ....But we woke up and she had passed .It was very sad and we all cried because we do love these little guys and after fighting this hard to help her alive it is hard to see them lose the battle.

But on a better note the other guys are strong as ever and coming into more of their own personality right now.  Some are more laid back and others are really turning into the leaders..the strange thing is the smallest fawn little girl is one of the stronest leaders ....even for her size. The littlest one is the one at the vets who was barking when she heard a couple of big dogs barking on the other side of the door.

This is how they all sleep together .

The ones looking at the camera are from left clockwise is Bandit, Calico Jack, Harley, and Bam Bam

 Snowflake and Morgan

This is Bam Bam, Bambi and Morgan ones staying here.

The next few pics are of pups in October and as you can see have gorwn into really nice looking pups and everything we could have hoped for . You will also see Shilo and Maddie who are Beau's sisters . They are going to have their own page also . As you can see from their pics they look a lot like Beau one has the tan points and the other has the rust points. They are noisy as all get out though, and when they play and run around the kitchen it is non stop noise and yapping. Running in and out of the house. in some of the pics you can see they have some spots on their head ... it is where they were rough housing to much and their hair has not grown in over the spots where they were biting each other.but it is coming in slow but sure. And again I want to thank April for thes two wonderful  and gorgeous pups . You do a great job with your dogs and have from the begining with you being the first to breed them other than the originators. Thanks so much.

They still think they are gophers or beavers and love digging holes and chomping on sticks. They go crazy barking at the squirrels and birds in the yard. They are now just coming into their own personality also . Snowflake is the most aggressive one and the leader of the group along with Silver Spurs, Silverado is very quiet and laid back as well as Calico Jack, Moo Moo wants to be with you all the time and if they are out and can't back in Moo Moo is the first to want back in and all over you to get  picked up. Bandit is also sweet and laid back and one wanting to be picked up all the time , but she also holds her ground if they start picking on each other. Bam Bam and Silver Spurs are vieing for who is supose to be top dog , and then Harley comes in third for dominace role for the males. Morgan is the one who follows me everwhere all the time. For some reason they have decided to keep picking on the ones who look like the rottie, so Maddie, Shilo, Morgan and Lucky are seperated from the other gang when they play outside in the day. Bambi and Bam Bam are the only Fawn ones I kept They are out of frenchie and are so awesome looking super bone, squared up and nice square heads. So anyway those are the pups who have stayed and what they are up to and how they have grown.

Lucky is not one who is staying here he is going to Japan to be with a great family who are eagerly looking forward to getting him but because Japan has restrictions and what has to be followed to get into their country we have to jump through all the hops to get him there . He is very laid back and stays away from the crazy action when all get going nuts. They are so excited about getting him and have him on their screen saver and show his pics to all their friends. But it is a 13 hour flight he will be on and hope he is ok when he gets there . we are crossing all our "t's" and dotting all the "i's" so there is no problem when he gets there as he would have to stay in quarentine if that happens and we don;t want to see that happen. So he is still here going through his medical testing and shots and rabies twice no less .

In fact they all got their Rabies the other day and it didn;t phase them at all .I woudl love to have just some of their energy. The new thing is running behind the washer and dryer and crouching like a cat as they come back out to chase them all over again . They are having a ball.

We have also been on a different dog food lately . we were using Eukanuba but didn't liek the stools form it and way to much because of filler , figure you pay good money for food and it should not be full of filler .They use  all human grade food  products no filler and made in small quantities so it is always fresh. They have lamb, chicken , and duck for those with allergies. It is wonderful and they do not eat as much and "Poop" as much either and the best thing is it does not smell as bad as food with filler. They have great snacks for them as well , peanut butter, carab flavored , andall kinds of flavors for them that is all natural. Anyway that is just a side note. I think food is so important to their health.

Back to the dogs .Harley is about the heaviest right now and so loving.Size wise they are all about the same size excpt Silverado is the smallest .
